Responsibilities Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations, maintain employee records, and conduct exit interviews.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, handle grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts.
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance, and manage employee benefits and leave administration.
