We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to contact potential customers, generate leads, promote products or services, handle customer inquiries, and achieve sales targets through telephone communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Key Responsibilities Tele Sales & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Contact leads provided by the company and generate new sales opportunities. Explain products, services, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain positive relationships with customers over the phone. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Resolve basic customer concerns professionally. Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales and renewals. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
