Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain a database of customer calls and update records accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communications or marketing are a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or telecalling role. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
