We are seeking Service Technician is a skilled professional responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, or systems at customer locations or in-house. They act as the primary, in-field face of an organization, ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities • Diagnosing & Repairing: Troubleshooting technical issues using diagnostic tools, replacing faulty components, and repairing equipment. • Installation & Maintenance: Installing new products, conducting routine maintenance, and performing preventive measures to avoid future breakdowns. • Customer Service & Training Educating clients on proper equipment usage and providing on-site support. • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of service activities, parts used, and time spent on jobs. • Safety & Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations, company policies, and operating vehicles safely. Required Skills & Qualifications • Technical Knowledge: Strong mechanical, electrical, or electronic aptitude and familiarity with specialized tools. • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose complex issues and work independently. • Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for client interaction. • Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in varied conditions. • Education: Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
