We are looking for a skilled and responsible Technical Officer to provide technical support, maintain equipment and systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot technical equipment and systems. Provide technical support to employees, customers, or clients. Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Install, configure, and test technical equipment and software. Prepare technical reports and maintain service records. Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required. Ensure all technical operations follow company standards and safety procedures. Assist in implementing new technologies and technical improvements. Train staff on the proper use of technical equipment and systems. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. Relevant technical certification is an added advantage. Required Skills Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and technical systems. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. Basic knowledge of computer applications and technical software. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Experience 0–3 years of relevant experience. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
