We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tamil Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers in Tamil, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Tamil, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction. Call Handling Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer verification, feedback collection, or lead generation. Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions. Achieve daily call handling and productivity targets. Ensure call quality standards are maintained. Documentation Record customer interactions and update CRM or company systems. Maintain accurate customer records and call logs. Prepare daily reports on call activities and customer feedback. Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy. Coordination Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. Follow up with customers regarding pending requests or complaints. Assist the sales or support team when required. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Compliance Follow company policies, call scripts, and quality guidelines. Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards. Maintain professionalism and ethical communication. Required Qualifications Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in voice process, customer support, BPO, telecalling, or call center operations.
