The Store Executive plays a key role in the success of the store. They are responsible for managing inventory, overseeing customer service, and driving sales. They work closely with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. The Store Executive also handles day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the store, managing cash registers, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking Train and supervise store staff Handle customer complaints and resolve issues Maintain store cleanliness and organization Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions Prepare and analyze sales reports Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Qualifications Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Customer service-oriented mindset Attention to detail Basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent
