WE ARE HIRING OT TECHNICIAN IN SALEM

We are looking for a skilled and responsible OT Technician to assist doctors and nurses during surgical procedures and ensure the operation theatre is properly prepared, maintained, and equipped. Key Responsibilities: Prepare the operation theatre before scheduled surgeries. Arrange and check surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures. Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control standards. Handle and maintain OT equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure surgical instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and properly stored. Monitor availability of medicines, consumables, and surgical supplies. Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and emergency protocols. Assist with shifting and positioning patients when required. Maintain OT records, checklists, and equipment logs. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff. Ensure the OT is cleaned and prepared for the next procedure. Requirements: Diploma / B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or relevant qualification. Previous experience in an OT/hospital environment is preferred. Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights when required.
