A MERN Stack Developer in a Betterteam-style, full-stack role designs, develops, and maintains web applications using MongoDB, Express.j-s, React.j-s, and Node.j-s. They collaborate with teams to create responsive user interfaces, develop robust server-side API s, and manage databases, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security for user -centrism applications. Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development: Build end-to-end web applications, integrating front-end React components with back-end Node. ja and Express services. Database Management: Design, create, and maintain database schemas within MongoDB. API Development: Develop and maintain REST flu API s to facilitate seamless data transfer between client and server. Key Requirements & Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node .j-s) and JavaScript (ES6+). Front end/Back end: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end state management (e.g., Redux). Experience: Previous experience as a MERN stack developer or in a similar full-stack role
