We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Record Analyst to review, analyze, organize, and maintain patient medical records while ensuring accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems. Key Responsibilities Medical Record Management Review and analyze patient medical records for completeness and accuracy. Organize, update, and maintain electronic and physical medical records. Verify patient demographics, diagnoses, treatments, and clinical documentation. Ensure proper indexing and filing of medical records. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medical Records Management, Pharmacy, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in medical records, healthcare documentation, medical coding, or healthcare administration. Freshers with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation may also apply.
