The role involves assisting customers with insurance products, explaining policy benefits, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Explain insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and policy terms to customers. Generate and follow up on potential customer leads. Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products. Handle customer queries and provide timely support. Maintain customer records and update policy-related information. Assist with policy applications, renewals, and documentation. Achieve individual and team targets. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing. Follow company policies and applicable insurance guidelines. Requirements: Any Graduate / Diploma or equivalent qualification. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.
