We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of job vacancies. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process. Negotiate salary and discuss job offers with selected candidates. Assist with joining formalities and onboarding activities. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Meet recruitment targets and close vacancies within the required timelines. Prepare recruitment reports and maintain proper documentation. Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills. Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals. Good negotiation and convincing skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills. Qualification Any Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers can apply; prior recruitment experience is an advantage.
