We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the organization’s HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation. Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records. Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes. Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics. Coordinate training and development programs. Support manpower planning and organizational development. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Lead and guide the HR team in day-to-day activities. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–8 years of experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations. Good understanding of HR policies and labour-law compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
