An HR Executive manages day-to-day human resources operations, acting as a crucial bridge between management and staff. They oversee the entire employee lifecycle—handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, performance appraisals, and dispute resolution—while ensuring the company complies with labor laws and maintains a positive workplace culture.
Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations, maintain employee records, and conduct exit interviews. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, handle grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts.
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance, and manage employee benefits and leave administration.
Skills & Requirements Education
: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Typically 1 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with HR Management Systems (HRMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office (especially Excel).Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
