We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic CAD Trainer to provide practical training in Computer-Aided Design software and help students or employees develop strong technical drawing and design skills. Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on CAD software. Teach 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and technical drawing concepts. Prepare training materials, exercises, assignments, and practical projects. Explain CAD tools, commands, design standards, and drawing procedures. Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees during practical sessions. Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, tests, and projects. Identify learning gaps and provide individual support where required. Stay updated with the latest CAD software features and industry practices. Maintain training records, attendance, and student progress reports. Assist students in completing real-world design projects. Ensure trainees follow proper drafting standards and best practices. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, Design, or a related field. Strong knowledge of relevant CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Revit, or similar tools. Good understanding of 2D drafting and 3D modeling. Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Patience and enthusiasm for teaching. Previous training or industry experience is preferred.
