We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Banking Executive to handle banking operations, customer service, account-related activities, documentation, and financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have good communication, numerical, computer, and customer-handling skills. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Handle customer queries related to accounts and banking services. Assist customers with account opening and service requests. Explain banking products, services, interest rates, and charges. Resolve customer issues professionally. Maintain good customer relationships. Banking Operations Process deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking transactions. Verify customer documents and application forms. Maintain accurate transaction and customer records. Follow standard banking procedures and internal controls. Ensure accuracy of all financial transactions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or any relevant discipline. 0–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, customer service, or sales.
