Maintain attendance records, grades, and academic documentation. Student Mentoring Guide and mentor students in academics, research, and career development. Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects, internships, and dissertations. Provide academic counseling and support to improve student performance. Encourage participation in technical events, seminars, workshops, and competitions. Research & Publications Conduct research in the area of specialization. Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. Apply for research grants, consultancy projects, and funded research programs. Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in the field. Curriculum Development Participate in curriculum design and revision. Prepare study materials, question papers, and evaluation schemes. Develop course outcomes and learning objectives in line with university guidelines.
