As an Aptitude Trainer, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to help learners enhance their cognitive abilities and aptitude skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to improve student outcomes. Responsibilities : • Develop and implement training programs focused on aptitude and cognitive skills. • Conduct classroom and online training sessions. • Create engaging and interactive training materials. • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
