Key Responsibilities Training & Instruction Deliver classroom, online, and hands-on training sessions on Python programming. Conduct coding labs, workshops, and practical programming sessions. Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, coding exercises, projects, and assessments. Course Development Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, coding exercises, and project assignments. Update course content based on the latest Python versions and industry trends. Design real-world projects and case studies for practical learning. Prepare training schedules and assessment plans. Student Mentoring Guide students in developing Python-based projects. Provide technical support and resolve coding-related queries. Conduct mock interviews, coding challenges, and career guidance sessions. Help students improve logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Technical Support Train students on Python libraries and frameworks. Introduce version control using Git and GitHub.
