We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction, generate business opportunities, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs, requirements, and expectations. Provide timely solutions to customer queries and concerns. Maintain regular communication with key customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales & Business Development Identify new business opportunities from existing and potential customers. Promote company products and services. Generate leads through customer interactions and referrals. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service. Candidates with strong customer-handling experience are preferred.
