Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service for guests.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Previous experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred female candidates
Soft spoken with good communication skills.
Should handle and co ordinate appointments.
